Deskfactor requires users to verify their email address before they can fully access their account and organization workspace.

This guide explains how to verify your email address and what to do if the verification email is not received or has expired.

Who Needs to Verify Their Email Address?

Email verification is required for:

  • Users who create a new Deskfactor organization account
  • Users who register through an organization invitation
  • Existing users whose email address has not yet been verified

Verification helps Deskfactor confirm that you have access to the email address associated with your account.

Step 1: Complete Your Registration

Create your Deskfactor account by completing the organization signup process or accepting an invitation from an existing organization.

After successful registration, Deskfactor will send a verification email to the email address provided.

Step 2: Open the Verification Email

Open the inbox for the email address used during registration.

Look for an email from Deskfactor asking you to verify your email address.

If you cannot find the message, check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered folders.

Step 3: Select Verify Email Address

Open the verification email and select Verify Email Address.

You will be redirected to Deskfactor, where your email address will be verified.

Step 4: Sign In to Deskfactor

After your email address has been verified, return to the Deskfactor login page.

Enter your registered email address and password, then select Sign In.

You can now access your Deskfactor account based on your organization membership, role, and permissions.

Resend the Verification Email

Use the Resend Verification Email option if:

  • You did not receive the original verification email
  • The verification link has expired
  • The original email was deleted
  • The verification link is no longer working

Deskfactor will send a new verification email to your registered email address.

For security reasons, repeated resend requests may be temporarily restricted.

Common Issues

Verification Email not Received

Try the following:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Wait a few minutes and check your inbox again.
  3. Confirm that you are checking the email account used during registration.
  4. Use the Resend Verification Email option.
  5. Ask your email administrator to confirm that Deskfactor emails are not being blocked.

Verification Link has Expired

Verification links may expire after a certain period.

Use the Resend Verification Email option to request a new link, then complete the verification using the latest email.

Verification Link Does not Work

Make sure you are opening the most recent verification email.

If multiple verification emails were requested, older links may no longer be valid.

You can also copy the complete verification link from the email and paste it into your browser.

The Email Address is Incorrect

If the email address was entered incorrectly during registration, you may not receive the verification email.

Depending on your access, update the email address from your account settings or contact your Organization Administrator or Deskfactor support team.

I verified my email but still cannot access my account

Your access may also depend on:

  • Your organization account status
  • Your organization membership status
  • Whether an invitation has been accepted
  • Your assigned role and permissions
  • Whether your account has been blocked or suspended

Contact your Organization Administrator if your email is verified but access is still unavailable.

Security Recommendations

To protect your account:

  • Do not forward your verification email to another person
  • Do not share the verification link
  • Verify that the email was sent for the account you created
  • Use only the official Deskfactor website when completing verification
  • Report unexpected verification emails to your administrator

Expected Result

After completing the verification process:

  • Your email address is marked as verified
  • Your Deskfactor account is activated for normal access
  • You can sign in to your organization workspace
  • Available menus and features are shown according to your role and permissions
